UKey-Innovations scientific personnel are most competent in the field of fuel and energy complex, nature management, subsoil management, environmental protection, administrative and constitutional law, land relations and construction.
The absolute majority of legal personnel involved have academic degrees of doctor or candidate of science in law.
Among them, there are former officers of federal executive authorities who not only have a wide experience of management in the system of RF state structures but also have taken an active part in preparing and implementing the administrative and legislative reform in the Russian Federation.
